Have you ever noticed when you go to the deli, some of the "meats" are in funny shapes?
I have carved a lot of roasted turkey and chicken in my life and have yet to cook a rectangular one. So how does it get that way at the deli counter?
Seriously. Birds don't grow like that. They also don't eat seaweed or milk fats or hydrogenated fillers. I'd put money on that.
If you're the type of person who buys good bread and rolls, will spend the extra 4 seconds tearing some crisp lettuce and knows a little lemon in the hummus goes a long way...then please get the good stuff when you head over to the deli!
Check your food. Buy good food, eat well, live better.
When you make a healthy choice to have a turkey sandwich, don't blow it by buying fake turkey.

Wow ! Fake turkey ?
I've never been to Deli. However, I'd be careful when I got there (and may be elsewhere).
